Contained Sydney has popped up on Cocktatoo Island until the end of June.
With a restaurant by Don Tapa, a bar by Young Henry’s, Sydney Urban Winery and Archie Rose Distillery, an urban farm and a boutique hotel complete with a pool, Contained Sydney is an unusual space for events, casual dining and overnight stays in converted shipping containers.
Contained Sydney will host several special events, including a bush tucker dinner with Darwin chef Zach Green. Over two nights in March, Green and the team from Don Tapa will offer a six-course degustation, kicking off with smoking ceremony and a Welcome to Country to honour the traditional owners.
