TFE Hotels has announced it will open a new Vibe hotel in Adelaide, complete with 118 rooms and a rooftop restaurant.
The open-plan bathrooms will feature sweeping views of Adelaide.

TFE Hotels has announced it will open Vibe Hotel Adelaide in 2020.

The hotel will comprise 118 spacious rooms across 18 storeys, plus a lap pool and rooftop restaurant and bar.

TFE Hotels has partnered with Loucas Zahos Architects and development business Guava Lime to construct the hotel, which will bring the hotel company’s total Vibe properties to 13.

The hotel will be designed in partnership with Loucas Zahos Architects.

“Vibe Hotel Adelaide will be a real flagship hotel for the brand, with beautiful architecture and interior design that make the most of its spectacular position, taking in views across the whole city and all the way to the Adelaide Hills,” says TFE Hotels managing director Allan Vidor.

“This will be a very sought-after location, great for both business and leisure.”

Guests at Vibe Hotel Adelaide will enjoy open-plan guest bathrooms, with cantilevered baths and full-height windows to take in the views. In addition to the rooftop dining space, there will also be an open-plan restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

Vibe Hotel Adelaide will feature 118 modern rooms.

Principal architect and director Con Zahos says the hotel completes Guava Lime’s 16-year development of the Flinders Street Precinct.

“It will be the focal point and springboard for visitors experiencing and doing business in Adelaide,” he says.

“Vibe will be the first CBD hotel providing guests with the ability to swim between buildings with a pool running along a pedestrian bridge that connects Vibe to ONE apartments.

A rooftop bar and restaurant will also be on offer.

“Hotel guests can choose to retreat to luxuriously-appointed rooms or be part of a vibrant, inner-city community at ground level with restaurants, bars and music.

“They’ll have access to a pool deck with spa and sauna, and a plaza that also serves neighbouring apartments.”

Located in the eastern quarter of Adelaide city, the hotel will be just minutes from Rundle Mall and the convention centre precinct.

The hotel will include modern finishes and decor throughout.
