Elements of Byron unveils five new dining concepts

The Byron Bay resort has relaunched its food and beverage offering to give guests even more choice.

Elements of Byron, located in northern New South Wales’ Byron Bay, has relaunched its food and beverage outlets giving guests myriad options during their stay.

Each of the dining concepts focuses on locally sourced produce, with a mix of cuisines on offer from modern Australian, to Mexican and Japanese fusion.

Azure Bar and Grill offers casual Modern Australian cuisine, with an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner available to resort guests and the public. Curated by executive chef Simon Jones, the menu changes regularly to reflect the season.
