Announced on Friday, 15 March, 2024, the convention centre – which is managed by ASM Global – took gold in the best business events venue category in the awards that are the Australian tourism industry’s national standard of excellence.
Darwin Convention Centre – which hosted the awards ceremony – won gold in the same category in 2021 and took silver in 2022.
