Crown Towers Perth earns elite rating

Crown Towers Perth has been bestowed an elite international rating by Forbes Travel Guide, making it the only Australian hotel to receive the honour and one of just a handful in the Asia Pacific region.

The travel guide’s Star Rating awards Five-Star honours to the top echelon of global luxury hotels, with its independent global ratings system comprising a checklist of 900 standards.

With prominence placed on service, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel must go above and beyond a guest’s expectations, with a staff member from such hotels demonstrating “intuitive, thoughtful and anticipatory service while maintaining the utmost professionalism”.

Forbes Travel Guide inspectors stay anonymously for two nights and three days at each hotel to evaluate their visit.

“We are honoured to have Crown Towers Perth recognised as a Five-Star hotel by the global authority in luxury hospitality,” says Brian Pereira, interim CEO of Crown Towers Perth.

“An understated, timeless delivery of luxury is at the heart of the hotel’s philosophy and this award is testament to that.

“It is our amazing team who deliver this world-class service, and they work hard to elevate our properties to the next level and support Crown as Perth’s ultimate entertainment destination.”

Crown Towers Perth is located within the city’s only integrated resort complex, on the banks of Swan River.

“This year’s [Star Ratings] list continues to reflect the changing landscape of luxury with properties setting the standard for authentic experiences while offering unparalleled amenities, enhanced wellbeing and delivering unforgettable moments,” says Amanda Frasier, president of ratings at Forbes Travel Guide.

“We are thrilled to recognise their dedication to creating truly world-class travel options for today’s discerning guests.”
