Sydney will welcome an new members club, boutique hotel and event space in 2019 when Kafnu Alexandria opens its doors.
Set to launch in January next to the popular Grounds of Alexandria, the property will join a growing portfolio of Kafnu locations across the world, led by Next Story Group (formerly Silverneedle Hospitality).
Kafnu Alexandria will feature a 16-room boutique hotel, gin bar, shared work spaces and event space.
The event space will be suitable for up to 100 guests and will be available for hire to Kafnu members and all event planners.
Kafnu Alexandria general manager Simon Hall said the venue encourages like-minded individuals to connect, collaborate and create.
“We are very excited with the upcoming opening of the first Kafnu in Australia,” he told Spice News.
“Kafnu Alexandria offers an urban lifestyle space for the new generation of creators and entrepreneurs. Apart from the shared workspaces, members can enjoy our virtual fitness studio, meeting rooms, gin bar and stylish accommodation.
“They will also have access to curated experiential events and exclusive benefits. More importantly, Kafnu offers an opportunity for on a global scale.”
The new property joins existing Kafnu locations in Hong Kong, Taipei and Bengaluru and is part of Next Story Group’s plan to open 50 Kafnu communities by 2021.
