Chateau Elan, the Hunter Valley’s newest luxury resort has unveiled its largest conference and event venue – the Founders Room.
The Founders Room is a 300sqm function space located adjacent to the luxury Chateau Elan destination spa. With a modern elegant interior and views of The Vintage Golf Course, the Founders Room has capacity for up to 300 theatre style or 142 classroom set up. Dual screens in the Founders Room enable all delegates a clear view of presentations regardless of which side of the room they are sitting on. AV is fully integrated with screens and projectors ceiling mounted for improved viewing.
News Limited was the first organisation to hold an event in the newly-opened event space.
News Limited kicked off the very first conference in the Founders Room over the weekend of 28-29 August 2010. The event was organised by Two de Force,on behalf of News Limited.
Situated in the renowned Hunter Valley wine region, a two hour drive north of Sydney or 45 minutes from Newcastle airport, Chateau Elan opened its grand doors in February 2010. The property features: five star accommodation for up to 200 guests, five conference rooms accommodating up to 300 theatre style, day spa, Greg Norman designed golf course and more.
