The contract will see the catering company deliver all onsite food and beverage services, including catering for functions and the operation of Sir Albert Cafe and event-day kiosks.
The venue’s function spaces include Lakeside Stadium – which features city skyline views – and Champions Room at MSAC.
Additionally, the venue’s courts and mezzanines can be activated for events.

“The appointment at MSAC and Lakeside Stadium marks a significant step in our expansion plans, and we’re excited to showcase our exceptional food and beverage offerings to the public.”
The team will introduce a new a la carte menu to Sir Albert Cafe, and a new events menu will be implemented.
The events menu will offer catering options for cocktail-style events, catered conferences and sit-down functions, ranging from canapes and platters to buffet-style meals.
