The Adelaide Convention Centre has appointed Agility Fairs and Events to manage the loading dock operations and act as their preferred logistics provider.
“Our impending extensions and commitment to gold service has prompted this appointment. The variety and scope of services that Agility Fairs and Events provide is complementary to our high standards of service and ensure efficiency,” said the Centre’s chief executive, Alec Gilbert.
“Agility Fairs & Events is delighted to be appointed to this role with the Adelaide Convention Centre. Key personnel have worked many exhibitions and conferences at the centre over many years and the ability to focus on this full time will ensure a seamless service to our mutual clients, the exhibitors,” said managing director of Agility Fairs & Events, Bob Moore.
Out of hours and weekend logistic services will offer the Centre’s clients increased convenience and specialised assistance with their needs. The range of services of Agility Fairs and Events include: the delivery and dispatch of goods, scheduling of deliveries, traffic management and control, fork-lifting services and off-site storage and consolidation.
