The 170 room Randwick property will be located trackside at the recently upgraded Royal Randwick Racecourse. Originally scheduled to open in 2014, this opening has now been pushed back to 2015.
With ten conference and function spaces, as well as onsite parking, this apartment-style hotel is a boon to Royal Randwick’s considerable MICE appeal.
The 180 room Frankfurt property will be located in Europaviertel, close to popular shopping mall Skyline Plaza and the new congress centre Kap Europa.
Toga Hotels’ German Head of Development Matthias Niemeyer said, “The success of Adina Apartment Hotel at the Neue Oper has motivated us to take a tenancy on a second hotel establishment in Frankfurt. This location between the new congress center and the Skyline Plaza, with one of the largest indoor spas in Germany will be ideal for future guests.”
Toga Hotels CEO Rachel Argaman said, “We are excited to be developing another Frankfurt Hotel in such a prime location. The new property will provide Australian and New Zealand travellers with more locations to stay, and enjoy the comforts of home at Adina Apartment Hotels across Europe.”
The Europaviertel hotel will be the eighth Adina Apartment Hotel in Europe, joining properties in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Budapest, Berlin and Frankfurt.
