Abode Bistro and Bar is launching its sparkling high tea on September 27.
The menu features a selection of savoury bites and desserts infused with sparkling wine and complemented with exquisite Villa Jolanda prosecco and Jansz sparkling wine.
At the launch, director of Ergo Wines Cameron Anthes will talk guests through the inspiration behind the menu and take you on a journey on the perfect pairing of sparkling wines and food. Cameron will share everything from cooking tips to the history of sparkling wine. Guests will also be treated to a glass of Bailly Lapierre, the crème de la crème of sparkling wines, upon arrival.
Savoury items include a smoked salmon and crepe roulade with soft cheese cured with Villa Jolanda Prosecco. Sweet bites include chocolate dipped strawberries infused with Jansz Rose.
Abode Bistro and Bar is located in the Parkroyal Darling Harbour at 150 Day St, Sydney.
