8Hotels has added the 86-room Portal Hotel Brisbane to its collection, with the boutique property to be reflagged under the Diamant brand on August 1.

“We are thrilled to bring the Diamant brand to Brisbane,” said 8Hotels CEO Paul Fischmann. “This contemporary hotel perfectly complements the existing Diamant hotels and will fill a void in the Brisbane market for outstanding quality, style and value, attractive to the business and leisure traveller alike.”
Diamant Hotel Brisbane will be the brand’s third in Australia, joining properties in Canberra and Sydney. It is also the company’s second hotel in Brisbane alongside Limes Hotel.
