A cocktail event in celebration of The Ritz Carlton, Perth’s fifth anniversary. It was held to thank all the people who have supported the hotel and helped shape its success during the past five years.

The Ritz Carlton, Perth’s team was responsible for planning and delivering the event. Hearth’s award-winning culinary team – led by chef de cuisine Brian Cole – curated the menu, offering a taste of the region through celebrated local suppliers and flavours.
The hotel’s general manager, Dario Orsini, addressed all attendees, thanking everyone involved for the success of the hotel and reminiscing on key milestones.
What were the highlights of the event?
The evening’s entertainment, a performance by Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse – six-time winners of Indigenous Act of the Year at the West Australian Music Industry Awards – was a highlight for event attendees.
Guests enjoyed cocktails from the hotel’s Songbird Bar, a tribute to the birds that grace the skies of Western Australia. Attendees were also the first to experience an exclusive preview of Hearth’s new cuisine offering – featuring wild native ingredients – which is set to launch in collaboration with celebrated Western Australian culinary collective Fervor.
