Tourism New Zealand has launched a Delegate Marketing Hub which includes more than 150 free assets to help conference and event organisers.
The new library of videos, social media tiles, maps, itineraries and other marketing tools is available for download and can be customised for specific events.
Tourism New Zealand Business Events GM, Bjoern Spreitzer, said the aim is to make organising conferences and events easier to attract registrations.
“The how-to guides not only support organisers on their conference hosting journey, but ensure the events held here enrich New Zealand beyond the economic impact, by providing meaningful connections with our culture, people, and environment,” he said.
“We know the opportunity to explore New Zealand plays an important part in enticing delegates to attend conferences hosted here.”
The hub also has new and refreshed toolkits to support conference organisers which offer advice, timelines and strategies for the planning process.
The toolkits include details about sustainability, how to maximise attendance, the hosting journey and positive impacts.
