The 9th edition of Spice’s Events Uncovered took the annual event to the next level, with MCA Australia hosting it for the first time, and the events industry’s shining stars congregating for one of the most memorable gatherings of the year.
Held on Tuesday, 23 July, 2024, Mother Nature turned on a glorious day with the sun shining and Sydney Harbour shimmering, with the Harbour Bridge and Opera House providing the backdrop to an incredible day.
The Spice Knowledge sessions tapped into the industry’s sharpest minds with panels and one-on-one onstage interviews covering the biggest issues facing the sector, including trends; sustainability; tech and AI; event marketing; elevating events; speaker talent; mental health; and tackling career burnout.
The Showcase featured amazing exhibitors providing information about their offerings, and the constant flow of foot traffic throughout the day demonstrated high-level interest in these industry-leading venues, services and suppliers.
And who can forget the stunning Uncovered After Dark party once the sun went down! The event was a feast for the senses with Solution Entertainment’s incredible performers bringing the party vibe (a soprano performing outdoors with the Opera House backdrop will be hard to top in 2024!); D PLUS D Events decking out the room and making it look phenomenal; The Big Group serving exceptional food and beverages; and every guest bringing the party vibe.
