SPICE’s hotly contested be stand awards at SES and ABEE went to Laissez-Faire Catering, Visions in Style and Fogscreen.

Fogscreen, the new projection screen made from water vapour, wowed the crowd with its ‘walk through magic’ and took out the Best New Product category. Available in three unit sizes that lock together, event organisers can create see-through ‘walls’ of images projected onto mist which, SPICE can attest, is a lot of fun to walk through.

Visions in Style created an Alice in Wonderland-themed set complete with actors playing the Red Queen, the Mad Hatter and Alice interacting with the crowd. The Visions team welcomed visitors to their rock and roll themed lounge area adjacent to the Alice set and were visibly thrilled with their award win for Best Large Stand.

Laissez-Faire Catering, also sporting a touch of Lewis Carroll-inspired whimsy, won Best Small Stand with its giant mushrooms, dainty cakes and vintage crystal glassware.
