Applications are open for parties interested in becoming hosted buyers at the 17th Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo (AIME) on February 17 and 18 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
AIME is the largest exposition of its kind in the region, attracting more than 850 exhibitors from 50 countries and bringing together more than 500 hosted buyers from 30 countries. it is a market leader in the MICE market, showcasing the best Australian, Asia Pacific and international destinations, products and services.
As a hosted buyer, participants select 22 appointments over two day via a 2-way online diary system that matches exhibitor’s services with event organisers.
International and interstate participants receive airfares, airport transfers, accommodation, and entry to AIME 2009, entry to the Business Events Forum, the AIME Welcome Reception and exclusive access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge at AIME.
Local buyers can also apply for the program and will receive all benefits except airfares and accommodation.
As part of a new initiative this year, buyers will also have access to a special master class on February 18 in addition to more options for pre- and post-touring.
