The PCO Association has announced it has chosen Adelaide as the host city for its 15th annual conference and exhibition, PCOA23, to be held at Adelaide Convention Centre, 10-12 December 2023.
Last held in Adelaide in 2015, the event is expected to welcome more than 400 conference organisers, event planners and meeting industry professionals, and 60 exhibiting suppliers.
Business Events Adelaide chief executive Damien Kitto said that while many professional conference organisers have already booked events in Adelaide for the coming year, PCOA presents the unique opportunity to showcase Adelaide’s capability to host exceptional events.
“Team Adelaide can’t wait for the event to arrive to showcase new products, infrastructure, and our growing innovation districts to PCOA attendees,” Kitto said.
“Adelaide has so much to offer event organisers – it is an easy can-do city in which to host a business event.
“Business Events Adelaide works closely with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Adelaide Economic Development Agency, all of which understand the value and the economic tail a business event delivers to Adelaide.
“The local organising committee has started work on the regional and city familiarisation programs and we look forward to sharing a bespoke program for PCOA over the coming months.”
