A helicopter flight to McLarens Landing was just one way that GCCEC made sure there was plenty of amour in the air at its recent ‘Love is in the Details’ conference and event organiser famil on the Gold Coast.
The group went on a helicopter flight to McLarens Landing
The group put their engineering skills to the test building boats using unorthodox materials for the ultimate in sink or swim challenge, went on a jet boat ride, did an art class, enjoyed dinner at the Broadbeach precinct’s new Oracle development and had an overnight stay at Jupiters Hotel and Casino.

Participants were taken through Head Chef Garry Kindred’s functions menu, with highlights including poached local prawns accompanied by watermelon in palm sugar and ginger, king salmon confit in vanilla infused olive oil and twice cooked duck.
GCCEC’s Director of Sales, Michelle Man said that the famil, “truly showcased our venue, our award-winning kitchen, internal audio visual capabilities and how the wider destination can provide event organisers with choice pertaining to entertainment, accommodation, and off-site alternatives”.
