Experts in live event experiences, live broadcast marketing, and human performance, productivity and well-being, are among three of the experiential masterminds who will inspire delegates to reinvent their “value proposition” at the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) 2011 Conference.
Being held on 6 December at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, the full-day conference will deliver a broad range of topics to illustrate how exhibitions can effectively differentiate from traditional marketing channels, and encourage industry professionals to reinvigorate the ways they connect with audiences.
Leading researcher, educator and thought leader in human performance, Dr Adam Fraser, will present the keynote session, followed by two plenary sessions by live event experience gurus, Heath Campanaro and Dustin Lockett.
These speakers will focus on innovative approaches to maximise the impact of face-to-face interaction at exhibitions as a powerful point of difference of the industry.
Breakout sessions will allow delegates to focus on areas of choice, delivered by leading speakers including digital marketing specialist, Bernie Johnston, master of social reality, Rob Manson, carbon economy expert, Rob Cawthorne, and a panel–led session focusing on operating environment considerations.
General Manager at powerhouse creative agency, IMAGINATION Australia, Heath Campanaro, will showcase new ways to bring a brand to life through strategic live experiential communication at the plenary session, ‘The New Trade Show Experience’, and said he will draw on IMAGINATION Australia’s recent award winning work for Ford Australia.
“Ford is an incredibly strong brand with a very powerful story to tell. Imagination feels privileged to have been Ford’s global partner for four decades and I’m happy to share some of the insights, bold attitude and acumen that has seen us deliver award winning work, and amazing results for Ford,” said Campanaro.
Through the ‘Search for Newness’ session, Dr Adam Fraser will also provide an insight into tapping into positive emotions to enhance human capability, helping delegates reinvent their “value proposition”.
Vice President Live Experiences of Fremantle Media Enterprises, Dustin Lockett, will demonstrate how exhibitions and television are complementary marketing channels which, when used to together, can enhance engagement with audiences, at ‘Media Connecting to the Power of Exhibitions’, the Conference’s second plenary session.
Following the conference and in celebration of the industry’s top performers, the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner, to be held at Crystal Palace, Luna Park Sydney, will provide members with the perfect opportunity to network and debrief with friends and colleagues.
