The Hon Michael Kirby AC CMG will be speaking at Sydney’s Horizons event hosted by Cliftons.
In an interview and panel discussion with Libbi Gorr and Adam Spencer, Michael will be sharing insights on a wide range of topics including diversity and LGBTIQ rights, the Voice to Parliament vote and Indigenous rights, workplace equality, cybersecurity and the rise of AI.
Cliftons CEO, Vanessa Green, said the Horizons event series will be an opportunity to deliver content with real depth.
“[It’s] a chance to discuss the big issues that are shaping broader society, not just looking at superficial business trends,” Ms Green said.
“As a long-time fan of Michael, I’m thrilled that he’s going to be part of the day and I’m looking forward to hearing his thoughts on how life has changed in the LGBTIQ community and what still needs to change, as well as the Voice to Parliament and Indigenous rights, and of course, the hot topic of 2023, AI.”
The four-city roadshow titled “Horizons: Looking forward to tomorrow’s big ideas” will take place throughout October and November in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
The conferences will be hosted at Cliftons’ venues with business futurist Gihan Perera and communication and credibility expert Dr Neryl East also in attendance.
