Kai Tak Sports Park NOW OPEN!

Kai Tak Sports Park features extensive indoor and outdoor spaces for various activities, along with an expansive mall offering diverse eateries and retail options. With electrifying upcoming events, including concerts by global superstars and thrilling tournaments, it’s the perfect addition to the event offerings in Hong Kong.

Kai Tak Sports Park is Hong Kong’s largest integrated sports and entertainment landmark. Located on the former northern tarmac of the old Kai Tak Airport, this expansive park is the ultimate destination for sports enthusiasts, families and food lovers alike.

At the heart of the complex is the Kai Tak Stadium, which can accommodate up to 50,000 spectators. The stadium boasts a retractable roof and a versatile pitch that can transition between natural turf and other surfaces, making it ideal for large-scale events ranging from cultural festivities to sports competitions and outdoor concerts, regardless of the weather.

Kai Tak Sports Park offers more than just sports with Kai Tak Mall, a vibrant retail hub spanning nearly 700,000 square feet across three main buildings, seamlessly connected to the park by an impressive 700-metre Sports Avenue. Foodies will be delighted by the Dining Cove, a 32,000-square-foot gourmet haven showcasing diverse culinary options, from local favourites to international bites, all with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. Meanwhile, shoppers can explore over 200 stores that include major sports brands as well as entertainment venues such as a state-of-the-art bowling alley with 40 international-standard lanes.

In addition to the Stadium, the park features an indoor Kai Tak Arena designed for various activities and with a capacity of 10,000 guests, along with an outdoor Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground with 5,000 seats that will be open to the public for free when not in use.

The park is also highly accessible, as MTR Kai Tak Station and Sung Wong Toi Station are each within a 10-minute walk.  Kai Tak Sports Park is an incredible new venue and a welcomed addition to the MICE facilities already on offer in Hong Kong.
