Are you a rising star under 30? Want to attend the MEA conference this year? This scholarship is for you.

The Ungerboeck Software International Young Professional Scholarship is open to those who meet the criteria and are working in the meetings and events industry in all states and territories of Australia.

The scholarship includes registration to the 2017 conference, air travel (from the nearest capital city) and accommodation (3 nights).

To be eligible, the nominee must be:
•30 years of age or under at date of applications closing with less than 3 years’ full time experience in the meetings and events industry
•Hold a position in the company that would not necessarily entitle them to attend the conference
•Have demonstrated commitment to their job and a keen interest in the meetings industry
•Employed by a financial MEA member
•Available for interview in late February 2017.
•If successful, must be able to attend the 2017 National Conference in Sydney 30 April – 2 May.

A winner of the Young Professional Scholarship will be chosen from each state and territory of Australia.

1.Current CV including details of your current role
2.Letter of application including why you are applying and how you feel this scholarship would benefit you
3.Letter of support from your employer
