Sage Hotel Ringwood

Construction will begin on Sage Hotel Ringwood, Melbourne, next week.

This follows the opening of Sage Hotel West Perth in May and the announcement of a Brisbane property for early next year.

The 120-room Sage Hotel Ringwood will span six levels, with meeting rooms, totalling 7,000 square metres of floor area with a development value of $36 million.

The hotel will be part of a mixed-use shopping precinct featuring over 350 leading Australian and international fashion and lifestyle brands.

“Sage Hotel Ringwood brings good growth and infrastructure prospects because it is a gateway to the Yarra. Its mixed-used design, with shopping and dining options, is key to attract travellers who want to experience local, which gives the area more opportunities to benefit from the increase in tourism dollars,” said Cameron Stewart, managing director of SilverNeedle Hospitality ANZ.
