Zip unveiled its three new tap designs at an exclusive dinner in the Utzon Room at Sydney Opera House last night.
To highlight the new product range, Zip installed a series of new Zip HydroTaps down the centre of a custom-designed table which delivered instant chilled, sparkling or boiling water for the guests.
Guests were served an Aria Catering menu including an alternate entrée of charred peach with Serrano jamon, labne and pickled zucchini flower or seared scallops with shiso, cucumber, daikon and yuzu crumbs.
Mains were pan roasted Cone Bay barramundi with asparagus and roasted bell pepper vinaigrette or Black Angus fillet with sorrel colcannon and salsa verde.
Dessert was chocolate delice with chocolate soil and passionfruit or pavlova with elderflower, pineapple and raspberry.
In attendance at the launch were a number of journalists and editors representing interior design, architectural and homemaker titles as well as Sarah Wilson, the author of I Quit Sugar.
