Culinary heavyweights Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi have been appointed to the positions of Crown Resorts' Culinary Directors for the next three years.


Culinary heavyweights Neil Perry and Guillaume Brahimi have been appointed to the positions of Crown Resorts’ Culinary Directors for the next three years.
 
 
In their newly created roles, Perry and Brahimi will combine their expertise to create a new premium banquet menu, redevelop Crown’s in room dining options, provide guidance and training at Crown’s Culinarium and continue to oversee Crown Resort’s world class food and beverage offerings.
 
This is the first time that the award winning chef’s celebrated cuisine is available for large scale functions and events. The culinary ambassadors have also redeveloped the in room dining menus for all guests of the five-star Crown Towers, which allows all guests in residence to enjoy the critically acclaimed culinary excellence.
 
Ensuring all guests to Crown have a world-class dining experience, Perry and Brahimi will be actively involved with the training and mentoring of the culinary team working across all Crown Melbourne venues, comprising more than 500 employees. 
 
Both Perry and Brahimi will also continue to oversee some of Crown’s finest restaurants such as Rockpool Bar Grill, Bistro Guillaume, Rosetta, Spice Temple and Silks.
