Thirty five independent judges have cast their votes and we are pleased to announce the finalists in the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia’s (EEAA) 2013 Awards for Excellence.

The 16 category winners will be awarded at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC) gala dinner on Tuesday, 26 November 2013 following the Association’s annual conference.

EEAA members and the wider events industry are invited to share this historic night as the industry salutes the 2013 finalists and farewells SCEC, a venue that has served the industry for a quarter of a century.

EEAA chief executive, Joyce DiMascio congratulated the finalists for the outstanding work presented in their entries and thanked the sponsors for supporting the event.

DiMascio said, “Our member companies continue to leverage these awards to showcase their achievements and to put the spotlight on their finest work and people. It is a night of great pride which celebrates the very essence of professionalism and team work.

“We look forward to the winner announcements at our gala dinner and we invite you to join our historic night and conference in just four weeks.

“Our association is committed to encouraging professional development of our younger members so once again we will honour the nominees of The Richard Geddes Young Achiever category which attracted a strong field of impressive young people with outstanding capability in event operations, design and marketing.”
