Revealed at an industry event last week, Grand Pacific Group has unveiled a series of unique event concepts for each of its four venues, The Tea Room QVB, The Tea Room Gunners’ Barracks, Sergeants’ Mess and Dunbar House.

Collaborating with renowned creative director and event planner Alex Zabotto-Bentley and his team at AZB Creative, Grand Pacific Group served up a series of event ideas for each of its landmark venues.

Piano Noir at The Tea Room QVB

The Tea Room QVB will be transformed into an old Manhattan style piano bar with a noir twist where guests can revel in the glamorous cocktail experience which can be completed by a jazz singer crooning classic tunes or a piano man delivering all the Christmas classics in style. Cut crystal glasses with bitter chocolate and espresso martinis will be served on silver platters by waiters in black tie and a resplendent Christmas tree will be the centrepiece for gift giving and sharing.

A Mediterranean Marvel at The Tea Room Gunners’ Barracks

The historical Tea Room Gunners’ Barracks will be transformed into a setting comparable to an eatery adorning the Amalfi Coast. Complemented by breathtaking water views, the menu will accommodate authentic Mediterranean share plates with tender roast meats, blue linen table cloths and homemade limoncello, representing a story of true summer indulgence.

1920’s chic at Dunbar House

Located in Watsons Bay and presenting the glamour of the 1920’s, Dunbar House is a water-front  venue where you’ll be treated to a chic event experience, reminiscent of the Great Gatsby’s infamous garden parties. Choose from a banquet style lunch or twilight cocktail experience and think of the Hamptons in summer where ladies carry parasols and sip champagne. Guests can gather on the lawn to enjoy a spot of croquet and fresh, modern cocktails, while the Dunbar House chefs showcase their signature seafood dishes.

A decadent degustation at Sergeants’ Mess

Poised as a setting for team building, you can unveil new concepts in a staggered fashion across the day as you experience a series of  dishes from the chefs at Sergeants’ Mess. The group is encouraged to scribble, write and draw their ideas on the tablecloth as the chef brings out a menu of inspiring delicacies.
