Cheeky Food Group has created two new interactive kids cooking classes starting in January in Sydney

The ‘Kids and Parents Asian Banquet Class’ ‘Kids and Parents Brunch’ are interactive classes and include hands-on knife chopping skills to get everyone chopping like a pro. Dishes include rice paper rolls, Asian chicken salad, smoked salmon & cream cheese quesadillas with aioli and scrambled egg burritos.

Cheeky Food Group’s Leona Watson says the new classes are definitely not child’s play “We have designed these classes to create fun around food however we have also kept in mind that kids don’t necessarily want easy dishes to make. Adults also get the opportunity to work together with their son, daughter, niece, nephew or grandchild as they learn to cook like a TV chef.”

These two new classes are for kids aged 10-16 and held at Surry Hills Sydney. The classes will run in the January 2011 school holidays – dates below:

Asian Banquet – Wednesday 12th and Thursday 20th of January
Bruch – Thursday 13th and Wednesday 19th of January
