Luna Park Sydney’s latest venue, the historic Coney Island, is now ready to host events in the unique 1930’s style Art Deco funhouse.

Designed to accommodation between 80 and 150 guests, the venue features access to the Coney Island rides such as the Turkey Trot, Barrels of Fun, Giant Slides and the Wonky Walk.

Luna Park is easily accessible by train, bus and ferry, and has car parks for up to 389 vehicles. Event planners using the venue will also have access to street theatre performers, clowns, jugglers, magicians, Luna Park characters and more.

Luna Park general manager, Gary Daly, said the distinctive style of the venue makes it a unique and memorable choice for events.

“Australia’s only authentic 1930s fun house is a great opportunity to communicate the WOW factor, you want guests to get excited about the event they are going to and Coney Island is sure to make an impact,” he said. “Hosting a cocktail style party also allows you to readily mix and mingle with your guests and is generally more cost effective during these tough economic times.

“And of course if your guests dare, they can ride the Giant Slides, do the ‘Turkey Trot’ or have ‘Barrels of Fun’,” he said.
